SwoleScroll is a self-control app that blocks distracting apps until you complete exercises. Your privacy is simple: we collect nothing and send nothing.
SwoleScroll does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data stays on your device.
SwoleScroll uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity) to block and unblock apps based on your choices. This data is managed entirely by iOS on your device. SwoleScroll cannot access, read, or export your usage data. App selection and exercise progress are stored locally on your device only.
SwoleScroll does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or any third-party services. There are no servers, no accounts, and no network requests.
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have any data to share.
SwoleScroll does not collect data from any users, including children.
